I do not recommend this dealership to any first time car buyer or honestly anyone in general. I wasted 5 hours of my only day of this week, as well as our salesman Matt's day. After a test drive and continuous communication I finally felt confident enough in my decision to head to financials only to feel like I was being ran around in circles again. There must be no communication throughout these two teams because the financials guy, Cole, seemed to be actively working against Matt and the other team. "I wouldn't sell you that xxxx." When talking about specific add-ons that the other team suggested. He also kept expressing his frustration when I didn't do exactly what he "wanted" me to do. I stepped out to take a quick phone call from a family member who works in the industry, only for my significant other to tell me that when I walked out Cole said, "she's trying to buy a Lexus on a Honda budget." I had never expressed any concern over the price of the car and am responsible enough to know what I can and cannot afford. I have been doing months of research and currently own a Lexus so I know what I would be getting myself into. I'm glad I dodged a bullet and will be able to take my business to a dealership that I wont feel is taking absolute advantage of me. More

Worst experience ever! Wrote a review 2/29/24, but apparently they don't show the bad reviews. Purchased '23 Jeep Rubicon on 1/31/24. Salesman & Finance manager told us there was upcoming rebate available of $1000-$1500 but didn't know amount yet. They would know the next week (#1 lie). Anyone dealing with Napleton Jeep be aware of all the fine print charges on your paperwork. Made the purchase on 1/31/24, but all paperwork wasn't completed until 2/3/24. Went back to meet with finance manager, Dan, (no longer works there), just handed papers to us and didn't have enough time to go over any this as he was breaking in a new man. At our home we reviewed all the sales papers. Found they tacked on charges that we were not aware of; vehicle service contract worth $3999., a Tire & Wheel warranty for $999., Key replacement warranty $499., OPTIONAL GAP contract $1200. Total amount of extra charges $6697.00. Finance dept. (Dan) filed our loan with their finance company and we could have gotten loan for much less interest but were not given an option. With these added charges we of course be paying more interest on our total loan. (somewhere in that fine print the dealership gets kick back of interest). We immediately called dealership, spoke with salesman & Dan that these charges have to be taken off. Now they don't just give you a check, but all this has to be taken off the loan amount. We agree with this but it took until 2/29 for credit to show up. We've asked several times about the "rebate", well there was none!!! In their dealership wording says they take the time to explain all the details", "and get the best deal possible". We love the Jeep Rubicon that we purchased, but not the way the dealership handled our sale. After several complaints we were told by a new Financial Services Director, Joseph, that he went thru our file and would be "giving us 3 furnished oil changes" to make up for the wrong related info. Well that hasn't happened either, and Joseph is no longer working there. Now we've been promised 2 free oil changes. Wait and see what happens here and what type of service we get. More
Another great experience with Amanda Richardson and Cole Reinken. I bought a Escalade Cadillac on the 8th of March. My husband flew me out to Vegas for a surprise birthday and we reached Vegas we rented a 23 jeep shara. My husband fell in love with this car so the next I immediately called Amanda and that we have a jeep wrangler that we may trade in. Amanda stated to take some pictures of the jeep and sent them to her I said ok that's fine. Instead when I got back from Vegas the next I can to the dealership to fine Amanda without my husband and once again Amanda and Cole show me great and excellent customer service. Amanda stop what she was doing to attend to my needs. Before husband got to the dealership the deal was sealed. I can go on and on about these two amazing people. Once again thanks for your great customer service 👍 More

Be very careful letting this service department perform maintenance on your vehicle. I purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 limited in January 2022. In November 2022 I had my 2nd oil change completed here. After maintenance on your vehicle. I purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 limited in January 2022. In November 2022 I had my 2nd oil change completed here. After that oil change I smelled burning oil while driving home. I immediately took the truck back to the dealership and they found that the technician didn't tighten the oil pan screw. 3 months later I had oil leaking onto my driveway. They acted like I was imagining the oil in my driveway, but they agreed to do a dye test. After driving the vehicle for 500 miles they used a used a special light to attempt to locate the leak. They thought it was coming from the oil pump so they replaced it. After they replaced the oil pump I continued to smell burning oil and what I thought was burning antifreeze coming through my vents and under the hood. After several more oil changes I took it in again for the oil/antifreeze smell. They didn't even lift the truck up to evaluate for a leak. They simply did a pressure test for the antifreeze smell and advised that they couldn't find any issues. Approximately 2 months after that visit I found more oil in my driveway. This time it was much more than the previous times. I contacted the service department and they refused to call me back. I called several times and left messages for Josh in service. I contacted Ram and they had my take the truck to Century in Wentzville. When they evaluated the truck they found oil leaking from the oil filter. In fact I had lost over half a quart of oil. The technician advised that the oil filter was close to completely coming off. He said one more rotational turn due to vibration while driving and the filter would have fallen off and all of the oil would have drained out and my motor would have seized up. They checked the filter and determined that it was never tightened during my last oil change which was approximately 4 months prior. They also determined that there was burnt oil all over the underside of the truck which is why we kept smelling burnt oil. It was spraying on the exhaust while driving down the road. This dealership has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. Buyer beware if you let them work on your vehicle. This dealership took all responsibility to meet our every need while our brand new 2023 Ram triuck actually quit us going back To Springfield.
