Took out 2023 Grand Cherokee here for service on the bumper that the clips broke on, when we picked up our vehicle after the bumper clips were replaced we seen that they bent the fender and the bumper i bumper that the clips broke on, when we picked up our vehicle after the bumper clips were replaced we seen that they bent the fender and the bumper is not placed correctly. We showed the service advisor the bent fender and she said that she would reach out to us the following Monday because the service manager was gone. On Monday she asked for more pictures and said that she would talk with the body person and schedule us to have these items fixed and that she already had a car set aside for us. It’s been several weeks and we have not heard from anyone at the dealership. Now the spot on the fender is starting to rust. This is a new vehicle and I would have hoped to get in back in the same condition that we dropped it off in however that was not the case and now they are not fixing what they damaged. This place has gone down hill in the past 15 months we have bought several new vehicles here but will never do so again. Hopefully they will return our calls and fix our vehicle. More

I was in the market for a new Challenger or Camaro for the past year. I worked with Allyson Laws on a couple of occasions during this time as well as several other dealerships. I purchased my new car fr the past year. I worked with Allyson Laws on a couple of occasions during this time as well as several other dealerships. I purchased my new car from Ms Laws this week based upon the manner in which this salesperson treated me opposed to the other dealership experiences over the past year. My sales experience with Ms Laws was easily the most professional of any during this time. I found Ms Laws to be professional, knowledgeable, customer-oriented and highly ethical which was the antithesis of my experiences with other dealers. Most importantly, I found Ms Laws to be very ethical which is a requirement for any of my business dealings. I would not hesitate to recommend Allyson Laws and Napleton Mid Rivers CDJR if someone is in the market for a different vehicle. More
