We found a price that we both agreed on without any hardball tactics and I drove home in a new car that I love within a few hours. Regretfully I left the business card at home and do not recall the salesman who helped me with my sale but I can tell you that I worked with the manager and 2 members of the sales team and they each shared the same friendliness and professionalism that makes customers happy.
