I took my car in for service for a warranty problem and an oil change. I was promised a loaner. When I arrived which was a bit late on a Saturday morning I reminded her of the loaner, she found one for me an oil change. I was promised a loaner. Jenna called a couple hours later saying my car was ready and I could come and pick up my car that day or Monday morning. I am in the service business also, and good customer service is becoming a lost art in this busy world of "number crunching". I hope you recognize the value you have in this employee. A new salesperson, Dane, was assisting Jimmy, and he programmed my iPhone into the Bluetooth feature and also showed me how to program my garage door opener feature on the driver's side visor. Jamal Black was the finance manager, and he made quick work of getting all the paperwork done, so I could make an appointment. A week after I purchased the car, I went back to the dealership to drop off some paperwork they needed, and they washed my car for me and had it looking spotless before I left. I would recommend this dealership because of the attention and service afforded my by these people. More
