When we arrived, the car was pulled up in the front and ready for me to test drive. The car was very clean and in excellent condition. Its always reassuring to purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealer that safety inspects each of their units and makes sure they are in top shape before offering for sale. NOT GOOD. Go somewhere else. I called beforehand to confirm the Tesla Model 3 was available, and the call center for this dealership said yes. It will be wa Go somewhere else. I called beforehand to confirm the Tesla Model 3 was available, and the call center for this dealership said yes. It will be waiting for me at the front when I get there. However, when I showed up, the car was nowhere to be found, leaving me to sit for over 30 minutes just waiting for an update. Then, I was told that the car was broken and sent to auction, After I drove 2 hours to get there, and after I sat for over a half a hour just waiting for an update on the car. After this car was shown to be missing, the car salesman tried to upsell me into a more expensive one. However, after driving the "upselled" vehicle, it was badly damaged, alignment dangerously off, and all electronics not working. Once again, a complete waste of my heard earned time off. After then realizing that there was not another car to upsell me into, I was left without any kind of apology for restitution for my time. I represent many different dealerships in the state of Florida, therefore I did some research into this dealership and discovered that some used cars are not in "clean" condition, such as a Lexus IS200t that has "structural damage" on the carfax, which is not mentioned anywhere on the listing. I've only seen two broken cars they are trying to sell, but that's two too many. This, leads me to believe that the pre-owned cars they are selling are not up to standards of reliability. Therefore, I recommend NOT to purchase a used vehicle at this dealership. Go somewhere else where they value your time and money. More
Originally had an issue with information on the extended warranty that we purchased with the vehicle. Information, for some reason was not on our thumb drive. While my phone calls were not returned rega warranty that we purchased with the vehicle. Information, for some reason was not on our thumb drive. While my phone calls were not returned regarding the warranty information, we have since resolved our issue. We visited the dealership. The receptionist, July, was most helpful. She was able to print information for us indicating the warranty company. She was very helpful. Later in the evening, we received a phone call from Lilly at the dealership. She wanted to ascertain that we have the information that we needed and she gave us her personal cell phone number for any follow up questions we may have. While this involved more than it should have on our part, Napleton did make the effort to provide us with the needed warranty information. We appreciated their trying to change our impression of the dealership. This is good customer service. More

Asks for $2000 down which then becomes $3300 and then three weeks after I’ve already been driving the car it jumps to $15,000. The finance manager said I had excellent credit when I took the car. Even since then, I’ve gotten 6 different answers from different departments of why I need to put any additional money for this vehicle. On top of the fact that I spent 2 whole days trying to get someone on the phone, which was futile, I had to drive the two hours to get the runaround again of why I need to return the car. I will be repurchasing the vehicle with a different dealership that actually knows what they’re doing. More
