I had a very poor experience with the service department, and I will no longer take my vehicle to Napleton for service. They had my vehicle for 11 days, and I was not kept abreast of my vehicle status. I sh and I will no longer take my vehicle to Napleton for service. They had my vehicle for 11 days, and I was not kept abreast of my vehicle status. I should not have to constantly call to check up on the repairs. Moreover, when I picked up the vehicle today, 3 maintenance items that I authorized were not done, and I had to wait longer. Totally unacceptable. I do appreciate Andrew trying to make amends, but this left a very bad taste in my mouth. KEN BERRY More
