No pressure or upsell. The vehicle I was interested in was already at the lowest price I had seen from research, and yet they still worked with me to get the price even lower. The sales team I worked with was very courteous and professional. They even gave me some of their personal pizza they ordered for lunch! I understand it’s a business and they are there to sell me a car. They just made that process painless and easy. I wasn’t uncomfortable or anything like that. This is how it should be.
