I explained that my grandson seemed to have an allergic reaction after riding in the vehicle, sales manager Ryan Augustine actually listened and cared enough to have the vehicle totally cleaned and carpet shampooed at no cost to me. Mr. Ryan Augustine's concern and empathy for my grandson's health was greatly appreciated. I will never buy or service another vehicle from any other dealership. Easiest experience with product update! My 2018 CRV, which I purchased from Honda Napleton's River Oak, needed to have a software update and air conditioning unit replaced at no cost. Denise Bragg in the service department made the entire process easy. She was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly yet professional, and understanding of my concerns. She even was able to pick up and return my CRV, which any senior can understand how great that was! I can't sing her praises enough.
