They are on a different wave length than the dealer. They will get offended if you ask them questions. They have no customer service and aren't there to help you. Go to palatine subbie for service 100 % better. Service department will make a point to tell you that they have nothing to do with the rest of the dealership. Would not reccomend this dealer to anyone. All prices are negotiable. Just threaten to leave and they will run to the office for one last offer. Typicly just discounting the fees there trying to burn you with. Stay safe and do your research. This dealer doesn't care about you just getting your money.
