Napleton's Hyundai is dishonest and proud of it. Napleton's Valley Honda had a sale advertised online for a 2019 Sonata for $16809. The ad said that additional incentives also available. When I test drove the car they did not give me this price. The manager said that there were disclaimers. So I looked down at the disclaimer and started to read it to him: "Dealer not responsible for typographical errors". So he said this was a typographical error. I pushed him on this since that would mean there were 40 some typographical errors on their website. He then said that the prices advertised were only to "bring people into the dealership and were not meant to be real prices". He stated "all the dealerships do this, we have an agreement with all the other dealerships" Unbelievable arrogance and dishonesty. More

I went in for a basic oil change on a Tucson SEL I had recently purchased a yr ago and ended up walking out with a brand new 2020 Hyundai Tucson Limited thanks to Nizar, Oliver, and Aneisha! I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle but when I received a call day of my service asking if I would be interested in trading in my current vehicle for a newer one I couldn’t pass on the opportunity. Nizar my sales advisor and Oliver Sales manager took care of me from the moment I walked in. I told them exactly what I wanted and without hesitation they worked relentlessly to make it happen! Sad to say that a dealership of this size has no communication skills. Every phone call, and there have been many by me, I get the run around, never a yes or no answer or even a courtesy call back. They are quick to take your money, but don't rush to give back what is owed you. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, their customer service and finance area need a lesson in courtesy! More
