Best Customer Service Ever I came in on Saturday October 17th.......just to look. Little did I know I would driving my new car home that day. I work in retail and customer ser I came in on Saturday October 17th.......just to look. Little did I know I would driving my new car home that day. I work in retail and customer service is very important to me. George Charalampous walked with me through the lot asking me questions on exactly what I was looking for. I'll be honest I know very little about cars but answering the questions that George was asking me, he found a few cars that fitted my needs perfectly. I took 3 cars out to test drive and of course, #3 was the winner. I also worked with Mick Sullivan. Mick made sure he came out and introduced himself and said that I was in good hands. Dealing with both of them, I felt like I had known them for years. I was very comfortable with them. And didn't feel pressured into buying anything, like I have at other dealerships. They both showed they cared that I bought the right fit for my needs. If I could give 10+ stars I definitely would. I will be doing my future car shopping at Napleton and I will refer Napleton to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. More

Review My experience could have been better. The only reason I went through with getting the car was because I was in desperate need of one. They did not mee My experience could have been better. The only reason I went through with getting the car was because I was in desperate need of one. They did not meet my monthly payment expectations and I was not even aware of what I was getting myself into until I met with Jori in her office. I asked about installing the auto start and it was never brought up again while I was there, but now I'm getting called in to get it done. Chad brought up the GAP coverage once and assumed I wanted it on my car when I was never asked if I wanted it. I was also never told about this $800 care package I'm paying for. I don't even know what that is! I feel like I was taken advantage of honestly. But the dead is done and I'm stuck with it forever now. I love the car I chose, I just wish my experience at the dealership would have been better. From start to finish, it wa This evening, my wife and I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Maria. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. From start to finish, it was a pretty smooth transaction. I had originally intended to shop multiple dealers to find the best price. However, having stopped by earlier in the week, it was apparent that this dealer really didn't try to mislead or take advantage of customers. Instead, they were particularly transparent with the pricing. It was a different experience. It should be noted that my first visit was so positive that we elected to drive an hour to this dealer to purchase our vehicle. Maria was very accommodating. We brought our 16 month old daughter along and Maria did her best to keep the transaction/process fluent. When our daughter got fussy after the paperwork was finalized, Maria remained patient and answered the last few questions my wife had about the Santa Fe's features. Overall, she should be commended. I can't say for certain, but perhaps I could have taken more time and gone to other dealers to get a better offer. But in the end, there was no hassle, the price was clearly better than other Hyundai dealers in less than 5 minutes rather than hours, and I felt respected. There is no question in my mind it was fair. I sincerely recommend Napleton's Valley Hyundai. Thank you Maria, Jimmy, and Nick. More

From the moment I called on a car I saw on their web site to the moment we signed the deal. Everyone in-between was super nice and friendly. It was hard to tell who our salesperson was because they all treated us with respect and dignity. Highly recommend Napleton's Valley Hyundai for used (that's what we bought) or new! However, be warned! Jimmy the GM is a "bit" on the "dramatic" side....LOL! He did take good care of us and we had some laughs together! More

Don't waste your time Manager James Douvas promised he would call us on Monday when it was not so busy, because they didn't have what we were looking for Saturday. All I'm getting is the automatic emails asking me if there's anything they can do to sell us a car. When I reply to those emails I get no response. More
