The dealership putting things on used or new cars not asked for is called fraud, Just because you the dealership/salesmen want it on there does not mean the paying customer wants it. I was happy with my first purchase from Napelton a few year ago so I returned yesterday to make another purchase ! When I received the bill of sale the deal was off ! To make a long story short Jordan my year ago so I returned yesterday to make another purchase ! When I received the bill of sale the deal was off ! To make a long story short Jordan my sales rep tried to take advantage of me ! He took a $23,500 purchase and turned it into a $31,000 purchase. He added all types of stuff I didn’t ask for like the Ultimate Appearance package for $1500, floor mats for $300, The Gold Experience for $1000, etc. The list went on. To you Jordan not every woman that walks through that door is desperate for a car, nor are they stupid . For this reason I will not be returning to Napelton to purchase a vehicle . This is not how you treat loyal customers !!!! More
