Had an 8am appt for a faulty battery being put in my new car, which was purchased there less than a yr ago, wasted over 4 hours of my morning with no ETA, they tried to make me pay for it at first, and fina car, which was purchased there less than a yr ago, wasted over 4 hours of my morning with no ETA, they tried to make me pay for it at first, and finally got to drive off with front end damage and also a new pretty engine light on my dash that I noticed the next morning. I came in for a check engine light/misfire and my back right tire that had been losing air since I bought thr car from Napoli a little more that 90 says prior. I had asked when making the appt if I'd be s right tire that had been losing air since I bought thr car from Napoli a little more that 90 says prior. I had asked when making the appt if I'd be seen early so i could plan my work day and was told yes but that there was also a shuttle. When I arrived, I was told there wasn't a shuttle running and if it were, it wouldn't take me home because I was too far. I was then told I my car would not be looked at before lunch, and that I could not sit in my car to do my work (as the waiting room was crowded). This was the 2nd time I dealt with Courtney and found her unnecessarily unaccommodating and difficult. Additionally I mentioned that I had called within 2 weeks after purchasing the car to say that the tire kept leaking air and I had to keep putting air in it (I thought it could be due to the cold weather). I also brought the car in in March because the tire was getting worse and obviously had a problem. At that time, you patched it and charged me for the patch claiming that there was no way to tell if I had purchased the car with a damaged tire or damaged it myself immediately after driving off the lot. Because the tire continued to have problems, I asked for another look. When the technician sent the video he showed that the tire had already been patched multiple times and that it was too damaged to repair so I had to purchase a new tire. I again explained that it's obvious that the tire was clearly damaged prior to my buying the car (I didn't patch it multiple times and its been going flat since the day i bought the car) and it seemed unethical to make me spend an additional $200‐400 on tires for my new car. In the end I had to but a tire. Next, I was told that I had a mouse nest under the hood and 2 filters that needed to be changed. The cost was nearly $500. Because I looked under the hood the day before and didn't see the nest but more importantly, because I now had lost trust in your business practices, I said to leave it and I changed the filters myself for $40. I am disappointed in Courtney's inability to be helpful, having to purchase a new tire after I just purchased a damaged one from you 3 months ago, and tge shady upcharging for 2 filters and a "nest". The upside was that I got a ride home from Narenzo the salesman rather than having to miss a full day of work. More

I purchased my 2017 Nissan Rogue , used in July 2023 , from Napoli Kia for $20k Cash My vehicle needed repair of the A/C and heating ventilation system I Was told it would cost over $1100 to rep from Napoli Kia for $20k Cash My vehicle needed repair of the A/C and heating ventilation system I Was told it would cost over $1100 to repair The A/C was not working and the whatever temperature I set the control on , for the driver side , it would put out the opposite temperature. I was told the actuators were in need of replacement Obviously havIng not much choice ,I committed to having the work done. This would take two separate visits. The first visit got the a/c charged and working. Thst cost $435 I had to go back the second time for the actuators. That cost me $684 After the the second visit , I was informed that the work can not be completed bec my vehicle also needed a new heater box ,which would cost $1000 and probably another $1000 for the labor. I didn’t understand since my heater worked fine , albeit it , only on the passenger side. So now the a/c is working but no heat , nor will I get any heat until the work is done I was in no way prepared for this & had I been told that the job would have been over $3000 dollars to repair , I would have seriously considered other options, considering it’s an 8 yo ceviche w 88k miles on it. I’m not in a financial position to have this work done at this time but ultimately I will have no choice to do something. I can’t even use the defroster Personally this is not a good thing . The diagnosis was a misdiagnosis, and, has now, left me with a complete lack of faith in the ability of the tech who did the diagnosis. It’s not like it would be another few hundred dollars or even five hundred dollars , but the new estimate was over double the original estimate. That I have already paid. The whole situation has left me very disappointed and now second guessing going to a dealer in the future. Thank you for taking time to read this More
