To my pleasant surprise the majority of people I asked online responded with recommending we look into getting a Kia. Ok, the hard part was over with! I decided my son was getting a Kia. The easy part was I already knew if I was purchasing a Kia that I was going to make an appointment to see Milfords favorite salesperson Dave DiMatteo at Napoli Kia Of Milford! The following day my son and I headed over to Napoli, conveniently only a few minutes drive down the Post Rd right here in Milford. Dave greeted us with a warm genuine smile and comforting handshake. As we were walking into the large indoor showroom filled with cars, Dave clearly reads body language well as could see my worried mommy face. He quickly assured me he was going to take care of everything and to not worry. As he asked my son some basic but important questions, I quickly realized soon after when he came back with a key and said ok I found the perfect car for you, that he was intently listening to all of our needs, budget, color, style, driving habits... and calculated all of our information in his head and came up the best fit for my son. As soon as we walked outside and Steven saw the car Dave chose for him, my sons eyes lit up. Outside waiting to be driven was a beautiful brand new red with black wheel accents and black leather interior 2020 Kia Sportage S AWD model. My son is thinking score! Mom is thinking budget? The car looks beautiful in its design. It drove nicely, auto shifting smoothly. My son is tall and felt very comfortable with leg room. Visibility, the way it handled, numerous safety features, especially the ones designed for in use while driving were all there and far exceeded my checkboxes of must haves. We finish our test drive and my anxiety starts to build as we enter into the building to begin the negotiation process. Again, Dave zeros in on my apparent obvious nerves and calmly reassures me he will keep us within our budget and not to worry. He asks my sons opinion of the vehicle and Steven expresses he loves it! That’s all Dave needed to hear and from there he went to work for us. He not only kept us within budget for a brand new car but kept the whole buying process simple, easy to understand, zero pressure, and instead a pleasurable experience! . I recommend Napoli Kia of Milford and can genuinely say Dave “You earned my trust!” More
