Our issue was communicated (“exceeding the speed limit” voice keeps coming in) but the dealer did not take correct notes and said it was a light on the dash that keeps coming on. So not only did they not get the voice notification off but they played around with the dashboard settings and left them in a mess that we now have to reset. Also our apptmt was due to a hitch notification and we don’t even have a hitch! so I don’t think we even needed to schedule an apptmt in the first place, frustrating More

Move the restrooms closer to the waiting area. Now it’s very inconvenient. You don’t cater to the customer and there are old folks and disabled persons I saw having to walk a long way.
