Kia Napoli serive department was the worse service I ever had. I waited 3 hours for a simple oil check. I had an appointment and when I arrived on time I was told the wait was going to be only an hour to an had. I waited 3 hours for a simple oil check. They do not care about customer service never gave me an update on my car. And when I asked how much longer i was told 5 min when in reality I waited close 30 minutes after asking them. More

Communication was poor at Napoli. They didn't communicate my car needed to have a part ordered and it wouldn't be ready to pick up until the next day.
