Great place to have your vehicle serviced with the excellence from the past. I was very surprised to get a video sent to my phone showing the undercarriage of my vehicle and the condition. I thought this is one of the best new things a dealership can do to show the customer in real time what’s good and bad about their vehicle. Hi! Walked up to the service desk. Two men were sitting at the stations. Both looked down; no eye contact. Finally, one looked away from computer and a Walked up to the service desk. Two men were sitting at the stations. Both looked down; no eye contact. Finally, one looked away from computer and acknowledged me. When working in this department, # 1 Should be the customer service - just a gesture. Engine light was on, work had to be done. Not given an option to reschedule. Appointment was at 1; service completed at 4! Car only has 13,000 miles on it. So disappointing. More

None of the above. Gio I think. Further training is much needed especially for the manager at the desk. “We are really busy.” So is everyone. I had to reschedule this appointment because no one is there to use the diagnostic machine on Saturday.

The company is good at falsifying documents to the creditor. They should be sued.... I'm sure someone will take them to small claims court and report them to DMV and DCP creditor. They should be sued.... I'm sure someone will take them to small claims court and report them to DMV and DCP More
