Respect and honesty My first contact with Nash Chevrolet was from their internet person, who was responding to an online inquiry through True Car. Her contact set the ton My first contact with Nash Chevrolet was from their internet person, who was responding to an online inquiry through True Car. Her contact set the tone, and was different and more focused on my needs and desires than five or six other dealerships. After she knew what my interests were, she matched them with five vehicles in the Nash inventory, and answered every question that I asked. Then she left me alone to absorb the information she had provided. The other dealerships’ internet people did not provide much information and continued to press to the point I was uncomfortable. When I decided I wanted to do business with Nash, I called this woman and let her know. Only then did she put me in touch with a sales representative. The sales representative got in touch pretty quickly, and was helpful and professional in every way. He, too, answered all my questions honestly and showed great respect with no pressure. As we negotiated the deal, he was accommodating in every area where he could be. Where he couldn’t accommodate me, he was very straightforward and honest and explained why he couldn’t without any nonsense. Again, very respectful as though he was helping his own father or grandfather get everything he could from the process. In addition to all those important things, the Nash price for my vehicle really was better by far than the price for identical vehicles offered me by the other dealers. After I closed on the purchase, the sales representative took a lot of time showing me all of the features of my new vehicle and how to take full advantage of what the vehicle could do. I have been buying vehicles for a very long time. I have never had a better experience and only one other that was as good. More
