Service department is absolutely awful The Service Manager thinks that his people can do nothing wrong. I experienced several instances where my vehicle was returned to me, after service, The Service Manager thinks that his people can do nothing wrong. I experienced several instances where my vehicle was returned to me, after service, with parts missing and work not completed properly. After one tire rotation and balance, a lug nut came off the vehicle (within 10 days) and the service manager acted like he was doing me a huge favor to replace my lug nut. I had previously purchased 8 vehicles from Nash and spent almost $300,000 at this dealership but I will never use this dealership again. More

Traverse Redline 2018 I was on vacation for Spring Break coming back from Myrtle Beach SC and stop by Nash Chevrolet but they were closed on Sunday. My husband went to webs I was on vacation for Spring Break coming back from Myrtle Beach SC and stop by Nash Chevrolet but they were closed on Sunday. My husband went to website and a agent got in contact with us. We live in Marietta GA and I work long hours and I wasn’t sure if the truck was still going to be there Friday when I was off. Our Car Sales Associate Melissa Stoute was in good contact back and forth via email and assured us that we be there. Walking into Nash I was already skeptical and prepared to leave there without a car, but I was welcomed with open arms. Melissa was very understanding and had a broad knowledge of the business, she’s amazing. She answered any and every question satisfactory no matter how many times I asked or switched up the question. Before coming in she had all paperwork ready to move to the next step. She never rushed me into finance, she allowed me to vent and get myself together. Walking into finance I met with Ms. Irene, what a pleasure to me her she’s brilliant. I was in and out of finance 15 mins. max. Ms. Irene did not try to force me into making any additional purchases, she made me comfortable with signing my name on the paperwork. She worked to get me what was necessary to be comfortable with payments or anything else that follows. working with these two young amazing women has changed my whole out look on that delarship, all the others I still don’t trust them.
