I have been using their service center for many years and have never had a bad experience. I usually deal with Michele in service and she always does everything she can to help me out. My daughter came home from college for the holidays and had a problem with her Cruze the day she was heading back to school. Michele worked her in and they took care of the problem during what seemed to be a very busy time for them. More
