He asked all the right questions about my needs, likes and dislikes. I told him to pretend I was his mother and what would he suggest for her. He did all the leg work and checked out several vehicles in the inventory then gave me feed back on each one, the pluses and cons. He never tried to steer me to the most expensive one, just the one that would suite my needs the best. Through several calls and texts, we settled on one vehicle, but more than that, I felt I had family looking out for my best interest. When I was able to come to Salt Lake, Ken was there to greet me and make me feel like a member of the family.
