In a word - Fabulous!!! The staff are very personable and friendly, and are unfailingly patient and eager to help. They truly made me feel comfortable and appreciated. Craig told me all about the Subaru brand, the dealership, and all my car's features and options, and he came in on his day off to meet with me, set me up with Starlink, and finalize my purchase. Kirk answered my many questions clearly and thoroughly, and demonstrated all the features of my car so I could understand them. And Paul did not seem to mind waiting while I unfroze my credit (Experian is so difficult!), and carefully explained all my paperwork. I really felt at home there! If I could give dozens of stars I would! These guys truly are the best! More
