Bought a car online from out of state! This was my first time buying a car out of state and just from photos online. I was a bit nervous not actually being able to see the car in person, bu This was my first time buying a car out of state and just from photos online. I was a bit nervous not actually being able to see the car in person, but Carla was amazing. She was up front and honest with all the facts about the car, the good and the bad. Then when it came down to doing the nitty gritty she even negotiated a deal for us that fit into our budget to make sure we were comfortable flying in to buy the car. After all of that, all the work she did, she even came PERSONALLY to pick us up at the airport! Carla was amazing in the sales process and I have never felt more at ease buying a car. Then, when we actually got to the dealership we did our test drive, and went in to talk numbers. Another wow factor. Paul in finance just topped off this great experience like a luscious maraschino cherry on the top of an already amazing sundae. He was so knowledgeable about the car itself so we knew what to expect as far as which extended warranty would work best. He was even able to work that into our budget as well! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was so easy to talk to and made us feel at ease with our decision and gave some great suggestions of places to go to see some amazing scenery. Everyone at Nate Wade was welcoming, friendly, and understanding. They even have a mini car museum of all kinds of older model Subaru's in their showroom, it was so nice to see! We will definitely recommend anyone and everyone looking to buy a Subaru to come here and will be back in a few years for the next one. There is a reason that this dealership has been around so long. We learned it was actually the first Subaru dealership in America! So much history. Thank you Carla and Thank you Paul for re-establishing our faith in the car buying industry, you both are amazing people and we look forward to working with you again! More

He maintained his friendly attitude and composure throughout the whole process (10 days or so) when Tyler with Nade Wade Subaru was simply fantastic. He maintained his friendly attitude and composure throughout the whole process (10 days or so) when I was checking everything and anything possible about my new 2018 Crosstrek online and with other dealers. And I was extremely thorough. He was the only one who actually understood what I needed and wanted to have in my new car. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and accommodating.
