The only issue I had throughout everything was with Nick Poulos. He was very off putting and I felt he was trying to be intimidating which was very irritating. In the middle of going through paperwork he asked “aren’t you glad you met me?” I don’t know what the point of that question was, especially in the middle of talking business. It had absolutely no place or reason in the conversation. I’m glad I didn’t finance through the dealer because I don’t think the experience would have ended well with him. When going over warranty he asked if I had a “brother, or dad who I can talk to about the warranty”. This doesn’t sit well with me because he assumed that I was not able to comprehend what a warranty was or make a decision without asking a man. I found it offensive that he thought a young woman buying a car on her own would need someone else to make a decision. If I needed someone else wouldn’t they be there?? Don’t make assumptions like that. He called me multiple times after buying my car telling me I had to pay for my license plate, which I had already done previously. He left me 3 voicemails which I found were unprofessional and my spouse agreed. I reached out to Mike and he was able to inform him that I had already paid and he stopped calling. I would NOT recommend Nick to anyone. John was much more pleasant and professional, I would recommend him. The dealer as a whole I would still give 5 stars because it doesn’t deserve to get docked over one person. With the exception of Nick, all of my interactions were positive and I am happy with the level of professionalism and customer service I received. More

The Red Outback It was time to get my sweetheart her first brand new car. She wanted the a 2018 Red Outback Premium, replacing her 2007 outback. I went in to the dealership during lunch looking for my previous salesman - Lane Wagner. The salesman that met me in the showroom (Nick Westover) explained that Lane had recently passed away and offered to help me. Before going to the dealership, I found the exact car I wanted on Nate Wade's website. I knew what I would pay for it after research and their first offer was spot on. After negotiating a minor option upgrade, the deal was done and we took the car home that night. Happy wife, happy life! More
