After reserving the car we wanted with a 100% refundable deposit we took about a week to decide if that was the car for us. We never felt pressured into it. He showed us our options, was very transparent on pricing, and did everything to make our buying experience enjoyable and easy. He even walked us through all the new technology since owning my last Forester. We really felt his genuine caring and desire to help us get what we wanted. Cannot recommend him and the COSTCO program enough. Also Fred in Financing was so friendly and thorough and didn't try to upsell us additional items.
