My recent experience with Nate Wade Subaru was a pleasant surprise from what you expect when you go to a dealership. Nick Smith was very professional, friendly and considerate. I never felt pressured to purchase or make a decision throughout the whole process. At my first visit and test drive, Nick was very helpful in taking me on a recommended route that showed off the features of the car. He provided a lot of information about the car and the dealership. Subsequent communication was helpful, informative and never high pressure. Thanks to his professionalism and low pressure, I returned and purchased a 2014 Forester. The sales experience was smooth and streamlined. They did everything to make sure questions were answered, the car was clean and had a full tank of gas. They reviewed the basics of the car to make sure I new how to operate things. It was a very pleasant, fun and enjoyable experience. I would definitely return to purchase another car from Nate Wade. I look forward to the new owner benefits and continuing to work with the dealer while I own the car. Nick Poulos made the paperwork and financing aspect fun and moving along. We enjoyed our time working with our salesman Gentry. We liked how he included all of the costs in the price so that there were no surprises. We did not however, feel very good about our time in the finance office (I can't recall the man's name). He was friendly, but we were repeatedly pushed to purchase a service contract. By the time we left we felt like we bought a lemon that would fall apart if we didn't add some sort of service agreement. Not a good feeling when you just spent many thousands of dollars on a NEW car. More

Several days after having had my car serviced, regular oil change, etc., I had a crisis: although the battery was fine, my car would not start and I had to have it towed to Nate Wade Subaru. Long story oil change, etc., I had a crisis: although the battery was fine, my car would not start and I had to have it towed to Nate Wade Subaru. Long story short: No charges for the loaner car while my car was at the dealer shop nor for the thorough examination to find and resolve the problem. I am and will be a dedicated Nate Wade Subaru customer based on this business's extraordinary service and customer relations. More
This was my first experience with Nate Wade and the Subaru brand. I was a little worried because I did not know anyone personally that worked with Nate Wade. I contacted Gentry via email initially. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. No pressure at all. He was not "fishing" for a sale. He wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing for myself. I felt I could be completely open with him without feeling he was trying to take advantage of me. Nick Poulos was the finance manager I worked with. Nick is an amazing guy. He knew what I was looking for and he was able to exceed my expectations. I'm not sure what kind of magic he uses, but I've never worked with a finance manager that was willing to work so hard for me. Overall, Nate Wade and their employees have been very helpful, they treat you so much different than a stereotypical dealership. I'm blown away at the experience and treatment I've received. More
I began my car search online as most people do now, and requested an e-mail quote. Within 5 minutes Nick Smith had replied with the requested information. I met with him several hours later, drove the car (2007 Subaru Outback), worked out a final sale price and he had the car sent to the shop for final touch-ups. When I went to complete the sale and pick up the car, the process was seamless and the dealership had far exceeded my expectations with the car. I had already received a pre-approval from America First, and Nick Poulos was able to finalize the sale with their approval so I did not have to go back to the bank. The entire staff that I had interaction with were all very professional and not at all pushy as I have experienced with many other dealerships. This has by far been my best car buying experience and they have definitely earned a customer for life! More
The two gentlemen I worked with, (salesman and finance) were very polite, friendly and knew what they were doing. They did not seem to have "no clue" about their jobs as I see in so many people I encounte were very polite, friendly and knew what they were doing.
