We initially contacted Nate Wade Subaru online to request an e-price on a used car we were interested in. Fast forward a month later, and my husband and I were finally ready to purchase. When we contacted the dealership again to see if the vehicle we liked was still available, we were so pleased to find that it was. We went in to the dealership that very afternoon and had a great experience. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Nick Smith was great to work with and honored the e-price he had quoted us a month before. We also worked with Nick Poulos on our financing and were very impressed with his expertise. We ended up with a much lower interest rate than we expected and are so excited about our new (to us) car. This was our first car buying experience, and after hearing horror stories about dealerships we were pleasantly surprised with how easy and enjoyable our time at Nate Wade Subaru was. We'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I traded my manual car for an Outback with 151,000 miles on it. They had completed about $1500 worth of repairs and general maintenance on the vehicle. I had noticed and pointed out to the sales person (Carla York) that the check engine light was on when I got ready to leave the lot. I knew I had bought the car with no warranty, so I figured I had to deal with it. A few days later I received a message from Nick Smith asking me how I liked the car. I told him I liked it, but was concerned about the check engine light, which had gone off, come on again, and shut off again. He talked to his manager and told me to bring it back in and they would take care of the problem. I made an appointment and came back, they replaced some hoses and the fuel pump, replaced a headlight and tighten a part that was rattling (almost $1000 worth of work) all with no charge to me! In all my life I have never had a company take such good care of me before and after the deal was done! If you are looking for a new or used car you would be foolish not to check with Nate Wade Subaru first. I do not plan on going anywhere else and will recommend them to everyone I know. I was actually referred to Gentry by a friend. I got in contact with Gentry by email and right from the start he was friendly and professional. He actively looked for options for me until I fell in love with a 2009 Saab 9-3 Sport Turbo. After I honed in on this one, he actually went out and took more pictures of it and sent them to me to get an even better look at it. He held the car for me and it was right there waiting with my name on it when I arrived. He was absolutely zero-pressure, and made me feel like I was truly in control of the situation. The facility was great, they had an internet cafe, free drinks and fruit as well. I felt comfortable the whole time and ended up driving away in that Saab. I would definitely recommend Gentry Mikesell if you are looking at getting a new car! More
