I requested a quote for a vehicle over the internet from Nate Wade Subaru, and Nick Smith responded. We traded several emails over a few weeks before we finally met face-to-face. Nick always responded quickly with answers to my questions and followed up to ensure his answers were thorough. He was always very pleasant and helful without being overly agressive. I am very satisfied with my vehicle purchase and the service provided by Nick and Nate Wade Subaru. More

I'm from New Jersey and this is my third year here in Utah studying at Westminster College. Car drama east coast to west coast is something I'm all TOO familiar with. My father was kind enough to ship my car (manual trans. 2007 Audi 2.0 Quattro) to me (about $1,700) and it came to me with minor scratches and a hole in my bumper. However, the amount of money spend on the Audi itself was far too much. The car was still being financed and the monthly payments in addition to the insurance rate (about $800 a month) was way too high for my father to pay. Any mechanical problem with the Audi was expensive as well. All my friends drive Subarus and I was easily enticed to get one myself. They're reliable cars and I wanted an affordable all-wheel drive car. I walked into Nate Wade and my process began with Nick Smith. He didn't pressure me to buy once. I just told him what I wanted and he walked through the best options for me while coordinating phone calls with my father in New York as well. I wanted to buy a WRX to match the performance of my previous car. My credit score was too low and my father's was decent but Nick Poulos worked extremely hard to get me approved for a WRX anyway, hardly even knowing me. In the end, I traded in my Audi, put all the equity left over as a down payment toward a worry-free lease, and I ended up with a brand new 2013 Impreza Outback Sport with payments of $279.29. The payments would be even lower but I added the $30 maintenance plan which covers EVERYTHING (comprehensive coverage). They even put my name on this lease even though my credit score was low just so that I could have the better sales tax and insurance in Utah. Every dealership and other salesman I dealt with had zero interest in helping a college student get a reliable, safe, and cost-effective car. When I was signing the lease papers, Nick Poulos explained what every single line of text meant and explained what I was signing. He paid for the lease papers to be Fedex'd overnight'd to my father's office in New York. Total score! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used car. We first contacted Gentry through the Costco Auto Purchase Program, and once we engaged with him, he stayed engaged. He answered all of our questions promptly. This was the first time I have ever ordered a new car or purchased a Subaru. I can not express how pleased I am with the purchase! My salesman, Gentry Mikesell, was absolutely outstanding! I have purchased about 20 cars in my life, and this was far and away the most enjoyable purchase. Gentry was very friendly, knowledgable, and enthusiastic. I truly felt that Gentry had my best interest in mind. Gentry was very thurough and helpful through out the entire process (from the order all the way to a complete vehicle walk through). I absolutely plan to refer and use Gentry again! The finance manager, Paul Burt , was also very good. When my credit union gave me a quote, Mr. Burt beat it!
