My wife ans I had an overall outstanding experience with the whole team over at Nate Wade from the receptionist to the business manager. At no time did we feel like we were being pushed to make any decision the whole team over at Nate Wade from the receptionist to the business manager. At no time did we feel like we were being pushed to make any decisions we did not want to make. We feel excellent about our purchase and wouldn't do it any different if given a chance. The car we traded in was a Subaru, the new one is a Subaru and we will always own a Subaru. We will never buy anywhere but Nate Wade from here on out!! It was exactly as described by Nick. Nick treated us as if we were buying a new car, not merely a used car. We were not under any pressure to buy this car. Nick Poulos did the paperwork and made us feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. He rounded out the friendly and exceptional atmosphere of the dealership. First, have to say, I am probably a pretty tough customer and hard negotiator, I think they dealt with me well. I already did a lot of my own research and recently purchased another Subaru at a different dealership, this second purchase was for a family member. Had visited another dealer in the local Salt Lake Valley, but felt they were less than willing to be competitive on (reasonable) pricing considering the circumstance, and did not purchase either of our two vehicles there. Since there are only two dealerships local in Salt Lake you can do the math and figure out who the other is so I won't mention names. If Nate Wade has the stock and/or you want to stay in the immediate Salt Lake City area, I say, go for it! I think as a general rule most of the VIP benefits of the different dealerships are close to par and relevant only if you plan to never move from the area, so it comes down to sales/service experience and pricing. Subaru packages options in an odd way (I think) and sometimes isn't super transparent to the customer or the dealerships with order status or ordering/model availability so I can't fault the dealerships or sales people for that, they just end up having to deal with the outcome there. Nick Poulos is a character (that's a positive comment) and quite funny. He did his job as a finance manager in presenting all the options to us, but at the same time, he was respectful of the fact that we wanted to take a bit of time to make educated choices on the warranties and extras. I did not feel like we were being pressured into anything or being put on the spot. All the paperwork and documents matched what was agreed and no gotchas. More
