However, it seemed like Subaru did not want that to happen. We were unable to find the car we wanted because of a supply issue for Outbacks with PZEV. We looked in a 6 state radius for 4 weeks straight and nearly gave up and went to Toyota to buy a car instead...this is the reason for the overall experience rating of "Good" isntead of "Great". Gentry Mikesell is the reason we ended up purchasing from Subaru. He was the most professional, friendly and caring salesperson I have ever worked with. His diligence and persistence in finding us the right car is the reason we are now Subaru owners. I can firmly say that if we had worked with anyone but Gentry that we would not be driving a Subaru.
