We have always been pleased with the absolute lack of sales pressure from Subaru salespeople, and Mike exemplified this perfectly, As our new car is a 2020 and loaded with features, I had a million questions, and Mike never lost patience or good humor in dealing with my interminable queries. I say the same for delivery specialist Kirk Gordon, who was kind and thorough in handson instruction in the vehicle.
