Best birthday ever A series of unfortunate events led me to the Nate wade dealership. However, Nick and Craig made my experience absolutely incredible. I was looking at A series of unfortunate events led me to the Nate wade dealership. However, Nick and Craig made my experience absolutely incredible. I was looking at some specific cars and Nick found me something I was much more excited about and within my price range. After I figured out the logistics I came back the next day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t in the best spirts due to some family issues but when I walked in Craig greeted me with a huge smile and genuinely seemed excited to help me. He recognized me from the day before and remembered that it was my birthday. He told me he was so excited because it was his birthday too!!!! “And today is a great day to be alive.” This brought me to tears (family stuff) and Craig sat down and said “hey now, we’re going to figure this all out for you. I’m sorry it seems like to not having a great birthday and well... I’m going to do whatever I can to make today better for ya. Now, let’s get you a car.. that should help. What else can I do?” I was in tears and embarrassed but he was very kind and gentle. Craig grabbed me some of his birthday cake that a co-worker had made for him, a Kleenex and my favorite beverage. he not only took the time to help me with my car but he went out of his way to ask me why I was so blue and made sure I felt comfortable. He never came off as a salesmen to me. I felt like I was with family and given that I had just lost a family member that morning.... that feeling was the best birthday gift I could have ever asked for.. He explained things to me in a way I could understand. He went above and beyond any expectations I had. After the deal was done Craig made sure that my car was cleaned and topped off. He assisted with putting my plates on and gave me a tour of some features the car had. He made me feel safe by informing me about my seatbelt and how it adjusted so it wouldn’t hurt me in any event. He helped me with all my questions and even took a photo of me outside of the car before I rolled away. I hope I made his birthday just as special as he made mine. At the end of the day... Cars break down or lose their value after a while.. but the experience I had at Nate Wade Subaru with Craig and Nick was priceless. Thank you for accepting me to be apart of the Subaru family. More
