It helped that we came in with the research and they respected us through the negotiation. We both knew what the car was selling for and they gave us a reasonable deal where we were both happy at the end of the day. Didn't feel pressured or manipulated. We visited a few places before this that were closer to where we lived but did not have a good experience. One place didn't negotiate at all and their price wasn't great, the other said they negotiated but really didn't. Would definitely recommend this place even if it's a bit of a drive. More

2020 Ascent Mike was very helpful throughout the process without being a pest by calling, texting and emailing too much. I appreciate that. On top of that he was almost clairvoyant in the sense that once he knew what I was looking for in an Ascent (color, interior, accessories) he found one at another dealer and traded for it before I agreed to buy it. That made the decision easier. He was also responsive to my desire to not spend hours at the dealership finalizing the paperwork. He let me know after the purchase that he "comes with the purchase." Mike removed most of the hassle of buying a new car which I also appreciate. Finally, we are impressed that the dealership and Subaru are engaged in the community through donations to good causes. We are partial to veterans and selected Utah Honor Flight. We hope we enjoy our first Subaru. Thanks. More
