That sort of situation feels risky as a buyer and it takes a great deal of trust placed in the salesman and the dealership. Nick Westover pulled it off better than I ever expected. Not only did he pick up my parents from their hotel and sent them on their way in my Sequoia, he also advocated for me to get a new set of tires put on due to the snowy weather that was to be expected this time of year, paid for an additional detail here in Washington to get the interior up to my very high standards, and was pleasant throughout the entire experience and never once made me feel like I was asking for too much. I was a high maintenance customer buying a used vehicle but he treated my husband and I the same as if I were buying a top of the line brand new Subaru. Thank you, Nick! More

Nate Wade is a low pressure sales environment that does not leave me with the typical "icky" feeling that many salespeople can give you. We lucked out with Ken Ho I chose Nate Wade because my husband had a great experience with the service department when we were in Salt Lake last year. We lucked out with Ken Howe as our salesperson. He went out of his way to locate the 2019 car I had my eyes on, but it was too far away to obtain affordably and quickly and the 2020’s were just about to appear, he talked to us with optimism and patience, making the decision to buy from him very easy. His authenticity and kindness made us feel connected, human-to-human, a rare experience in my car-buying history! He made himself completely accessible as we awaited delivery of the new vehicle. When I picked it up today, I was tired from the drive to Salt Lake and anxious about the drive home alone in the unfamiliar car. Again, with patience and kindness, he and the team set me up well for the drive home. Ken is a tremendous asset when dealing with customers like me whose age or infirmity makes buying a car particularly challenging. A lot of Subaru fans fall into this category. Five stars! More
