I originally went in for an oil change and squeaky brake pedal. I got my car and went home. A week later I got a call to schedule the installation of a new brake pedal. First I heard anything about it. I sc pedal. I got my car and went home. A week later I got a call to schedule the installation of a new brake pedal. First I heard anything about it. I scheduled that and took my jeep in. After waiting 20 minutes I was told the service would take 4 hours not the 1 hour I was scheduled for. I rescheduled and went back a week later. I was given a loaner car and the service was completed that same day . All is well now. My only complaint was that I was never informed about the need to replace the pedal until a week later when the part came in and that the install was not scheduled correctly the first time. Everything is good now. More

Green was very upbeat and professional during my 0730 appointment, and I was in and out in no time. I appreciate him bringing my truck around and exchanging final pleasantries when complete instead of ju appointment, and I was in and out in no time. I appreciate him bringing my truck around and exchanging final pleasantries when complete instead of just sending me off to find my vehicle in the parking lot (I know I can use my fob). This 'simple' act is a noted difference in customer service between this dealership and my previous one in VA. As an aside, almost everyone who walked through the waiting room, from the GM down, greeted the customers, creating a pleasant atmosphere. More
They changed a headlight and it took about 5 hours, only took that long because I called and asked what the delay was, they didn’t call when it was done.
