Currently in dealership now and as we pulled into the service line for repair which is 2 lane the white male with blonde pony tail, beard and mustache, burgundy jacket came out. He entered a customer veh service line for repair which is 2 lane the white male with blonde pony tail, beard and mustache, burgundy jacket came out. He entered a customer vehicle and made the comment towards us something about not able to drive. He then sped out in the car to park it. He was obviously enraged about something as he paced the service area. Showed a lot of aggression. Recommend anger management. More
I purchased a new Jeep 2021 model and new Ram 2022 model at National Dodge/ Jeep in November 2021. Sales rep was great at doing everything that needed to be done to ensure I bought these vehicles, but that at National Dodge/ Jeep in November 2021. Sales rep was great at doing everything that needed to be done to ensure I bought these vehicles, but that reputation went out the door the moment we signed those papers. I have had no issues with the Ram, but I can not say the same for the Jeep. Within the past 1.5 months, the Jeep has been at the service department twice, totaling a month that it has been at the service department for the same issue. The first visit, the Jeep sat in the parking lot for nearly 1.5 weeks before it even got looked at. It began making this god awful clanking/ knocking noise, as well as shaking of the vehicle as if the tire was out of balance, coming from the rear right passenger side. The noise can be heard from both inside and outside of the vehicle. After the first visit when I was told the issue was fixed, I did not even get out of the parking lot of the dealership before the noise began again. Upon calling them back to inform them of this, they report that they could not have the Jeep be seen back in the service department for another 21 days. Upon returning to the servic dept for the second time, they report that other Jeeps are also doing the same thing. Now the Jeep has been at the dealership for another week when they presumptively have found where the problem is coming from, but “there is no fix for it at this time.” Not to mention that both times the supposed problem has been nothing related to where the noise is originating from- the rear right passenger side. So now I am expected to just continue to pay nearly $700 a month for a basically brand new vehicle, which has less than 6K miles on it, that sounds like it is going to break down at any given moment. I have asked the sales manager to buy this vehicle back from me at payoff amount, so that I can get myself a reliable vehicle at a dealership that is willing to help their customers, he denied. And now they are requesting that we bring the rental car they have loaned to us back to the dealership and that we just continue to keep either drive a unreliable vehicle or let it sit in my drive way until they can “find a possible fix.” I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Update- Friday 11/18/22. Scheduled to meet with Joe and Service Manager Russ to drive my vehicle around with them, as they “have not been able to duplicate the noise” since it has been at the dealership since 11/7/22. I attempted to call both of them to confirm, with no answer. Arrive at the dealership to find out that they are both off, along with the technician that has been working on the vehicle. As I am trying to get an update on the status of my vehicle they tell me no work order was found for this visit. So my vehicle has sat at the dealership for nearly 2 weeks without any documentation of it ever being there. Spoke with the service advisor, Darrell and the sales manager regarding the situation, showed them videos of the noise the vehicle makes while it is being drove, they both agreed there was no way the noise was coming from the lift gate as we were previously told. Upon inspection of the vehicle it appears they replaced the right lift gate, where they told us the noise was coming from, but yet again the vehicle continues to make the noise. More
