This was the 4th dealership we visited that day, we were serious about purchasing a Ram 1500, and they had a certified pre-owned Laramie in pearl white that we knew was the truck for us. The negotiation process was unexpectedly pleasant ending with us driving away with our Dream Truck. We have never had this pleasant of an experience in purchasing a vehicle. We have recommended them to several people already. Yes, very pleased. More

Went in for a check engine light for a thermostat and also a leak in my roof. I have a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that I informed them of. They said ok but never asked me for any info on it. also a leak in my roof. I have a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that I informed them of. They said ok but never asked me for any info on it. 3 hours later I get a phone call saying a coolant flush and brake job were needed and it would cost $1300. I said I didn't ask for any of that and what about my warranty? THEN they asked for my warranty info, said they had to make a phone call. 3 more hours later they called and said they can't get a manufacturer thermostat would try for an aftermarket one but not sure if my warranty covers that. Another phone call. I asked for a manager. Waited for 1/2 hour for manager. He apologized and said they need $100. before I can have my car back with absolutely no work done on it at all! In 2-3 days they should have a thermostat for me. 9 days later they called for my car. Dropped my car off at 10 am and told them I would need a ride to pick my car up when it was ready, I can take my lunch break from work at 4. They called my husband at about 1 and said it was ready and they would send a ride for me to my work at 4. By 630 no one still had come. My husband called to see what the problem was and they said "oh we forgot to ask what the address was"! My husband had to come 22 miles at night to pick me up 1/2 hour early from work so I could be at the dealership before they close at 8 to pick the car up myself. I swear I have never seen such incompetence throughout this whole process in my life and I'm 61 years old. NOTHING was even remotely good about this experience. I will never go there again and have informed everyone I know to never use national dodge of Jacksonville. More
I decided to order my new compass and I got it two days ago . The dealership is awesome. Everyone from Jessica to Devon and Robbie Yates , plus Chris Hines . This dealership goes above and beyond what's expected and it sure is appreciated. We've lived here for more than 30 years and we have bought quit a few vehicles from Dodge but ill never forget one of our purchases, we were buying a van and the second row seats weren't what we wanted and Robbie got the seating we wanted and it surprised me and I asked him why , he said because he wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. And that act of kindness sealed our future car buying with National Dodge. More
