Justin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and provide feedback. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize that this experience has left you frustrated. To address the issue of Dale not returning your calls, unfortunately, Dale is no longer with the company. After speaking with the Illinois Secretary of State, they informed me that your plates are still in the process of being transferred and are taking longer than expected to go through, but since your plates were transferred you have multiple options. First, you can go ahead and put your plates on as long as you keep the documentation showing that you have purchased the vehicle and paid for the plate transfer. The second option is you can go to the nearest secretary of states office and receive a temporary 90 day tag with the provided document number.
