Service department shenanigans This had to be the worst experience that I have had with any service department and felt like I was being bamboozled when getting answers out of the s This had to be the worst experience that I have had with any service department and felt like I was being bamboozled when getting answers out of the staff about why they couldn't fix my Jeep that was leaking water. Brand new 2106 Jeep was taken in three separate times to stop the water leaking which developed mildew in the carpets and made the car smell. When asking for assistance from the General Manager Robbie Yates he was very rude and unconcerned with how we felt were were being treated every time we brought the vechicle in the get fixed. The sad thing is I had to take it in three times to fix the same problem and when it was fixed with carpets replaced and all after getting the car back they managed to damage the panels of the vehicle with significant holes and scratches to the inside of the vehicle. Oh and when I had the panels ordered due to the poor service of the technician, technician Barnes, they didn't call me to tell me the parts were in and only ordered half of the parts to replace the damage they had cause to the vehicle when replacing the carpets. Then what was promised a 10 min job turned into two hours and my husband having to send the car back to have the panels properly placed in the vehicle. While my husband was at the dealership the workers were openly talking about every customer they had to interact with with disrespect and snarky attitude. This dealership has no concern for their customers and allows the technicians to get away with not doing the job they are paid to do. As well as the lack of professionalism that is displayed in front of customers is xxxx poor. I will not ever come back to this dealership and am unimpressed how an owner of this establishment allows his employees to get away with the crappy customer service that we received. More
Service I took my Ram in for scheduled oil change service and what a cluster F it turned out to be. 1st they managed to spill oil all over the top of my motor I took my Ram in for scheduled oil change service and what a cluster F it turned out to be. 1st they managed to spill oil all over the top of my motor and components of my front 4 wheel drive shaft plus all around my filter area. I did not know this until I got home and my truck had a strong smell of burnt oil. I opened the hood and found this problem and more. I entire under carriage had oil splatters from the oil leaking down off the motor while I drove home. I checked my oil level and found it was way over full. I drove back to National Dodge and talked to Darrell and he took care of as much as he could that day. He gave me a card for a detailing to wash the under carriage and that care of the oil problem. That was 4/30/2015. I returned today 5/5/2015 around 0845 to drop off my truck to get detailed and he explained what would be done to clean the oil spill off my motor. I returned around 1345 to pick up my truck. It looked great. I drove home and parked and got that burnt oil smell again. Opened the hood and checked and very little was done. It looked like they took shop towels and tried to wipe the oil off. I showed it to Darrell and he drought some one from the back that had no ideal of what was going on. I ask to talk to Mr Yates but he was not around!! I ended up talking to a sales manager. A waste of time. He took me to the service manager while Darrell took my truck to get it cleaned right. Free oil for life is not worth this much trouble. It goes to show you can not trust work being done right and you can not leave with out checking for yourself. I will not take my truck back, it's easier to do it myself and know it's done right. More

After a few months I go the truck back and found it to have a few electrical issues. I took it back and about a month later it was ready to be picked up. I was told the truck was fixed and they hope to see me during my next oil change. I left the lot and noticed 2 of the 3 original gripes were still there. I decided to have another dealer for a second opinion of the work. They found the main body harness to be spliced into and had random wires hanging out not connected to anything. They never soldered the wires and also had random wires that were not part of the harness run along the main harness. I am still dealing with the issue. More
I wanted to write few comments about Mr. Mike Waller (Service Advisor). I have dealt with Mike for many years either with my own vehicles which I bought at National Dodge or the vehicles that I manage (Service Advisor). I have dealt with Mike for many years either with my own vehicles which I bought at National Dodge or the vehicles that I manage for a Coard Guard Training Center located at Camo Lejeune. Mike is a true professional and always cortious. Mike has always kept me informed on the status of my vehicles and called when they were ready. I have dealt with other Service Representatives from other dealerships and Mike by far is the best I have ever dealt with. I have always had great experiance with everyone one I have been in contact with at National Dodge for different reason either personal or business and I always have recommended National Dodge especially when asked who to contact at the Service Department I always recommend Mike. I don't easily recommend a business or someone unless I have a reason too and National Dodge and Mr. Mike Waller at the Service Department I would strongly recommend for great service. More
