I did not know this until I got home and my truck had a strong smell of burnt oil. I opened the hood and found this problem and more. I entire under carriage had oil splatters from the oil leaking down off the motor while I drove home. I checked my oil level and found it was way over full. I drove back to National Dodge and talked to Darrell and he took care of as much as he could that day. He gave me a card for a detailing to wash the under carriage and that care of the oil problem. That was 4/30/2015. I returned today 5/5/2015 around 0845 to drop off my truck to get detailed and he explained what would be done to clean the oil spill off my motor. I returned around 1345 to pick up my truck. It looked great. I drove home and parked and got that burnt oil smell again. Opened the hood and checked and very little was done. It looked like they took shop towels and tried to wipe the oil off. I showed it to Darrell and he drought some one from the back that had no ideal of what was going on. I ask to talk to Mr Yates but he was not around!! I ended up talking to a sales manager. A waste of time. He took me to the service manager while Darrell took my truck to get it cleaned right. Free oil for life is not worth this much trouble. It goes to show you can not trust work being done right and you can not leave with out checking for yourself. I will not take my truck back, it's easier to do it myself and know it's done right. More

After a few months I go the truck back and found it to have a few electrical issues. I took it back and about a month later it was ready to be picked up. I was told the truck was fixed and they hope to see me during my next oil change. I left the lot and noticed 2 of the 3 original gripes were still there. I decided to have another dealer for a second opinion of the work. They found the main body harness to be spliced into and had random wires hanging out not connected to anything. They never soldered the wires and also had random wires that were not part of the harness run along the main harness. I am still dealing with the issue. More
I wanted to write few comments about Mr. Mike Waller (Service Advisor). I have dealt with Mike for many years either with my own vehicles which I bought at National Dodge or the vehicles that I manage (Service Advisor). I have dealt with Mike for many years either with my own vehicles which I bought at National Dodge or the vehicles that I manage for a Coard Guard Training Center located at Camo Lejeune. Mike is a true professional and always cortious. Mike has always kept me informed on the status of my vehicles and called when they were ready. I have dealt with other Service Representatives from other dealerships and Mike by far is the best I have ever dealt with. I have always had great experiance with everyone one I have been in contact with at National Dodge for different reason either personal or business and I always have recommended National Dodge especially when asked who to contact at the Service Department I always recommend Mike. I don't easily recommend a business or someone unless I have a reason too and National Dodge and Mr. Mike Waller at the Service Department I would strongly recommend for great service. More
If you are in the Market for a new auto either new or used it is a good dealership to buy from. I have bought a few from there and Amiel Myers was my guy and he was good to work with. Also speaks to me e used it is a good dealership to buy from. I have bought a few from there and Amiel Myers was my guy and he was good to work with. Also speaks to me everytime I am in there and remembers who I am. I have also seen him outside of work and he still takes the time to speak to me. I do know the offer for free oil for life is appealing to many as it was a good buying feature for me as well. However even with them saving you the cost of having it done somewhere else or doing it your self as I always did. Most of us are very busy people these days, always on the go. I have sat there a few times watching the time go by. However this last time was more than I cared for, one time too many. I was in for an inspection and oil change. Had appt which was made two weeks in advance, my truck was finally returned to me 2.5 hours later. As nice as the new waiting area is, I really don't care to see it for that long. For the time I have lost spent waiting on my truck which I have always had an appt for, it is just not worth my time to save the 21-22 dollars it cost for me to change it myself. I high reccomend that some changes be made in the service department. Either expand it and hire more techs, or not over book appt which clearly seems to be the case. I do know that there is a shuttle service, however they are not going to an hour back to work. I have used the drop off before, but beware if you do you won't see your car back till the end of the day. As this is used as well we got time to get to this one as the person is not waiting for it. Mr. Brown im saving you money you dont have to worry about paying for my oil changes anymore on my two autos. I wil go back to doing it myself. It not for Amiel I would not tell anyone to go and buy from National. More

Had a 9:00 appointment for a oil change and recall. Waited about 15 minutes while 2 Service Advisora ran around frantically. Watched ther service receptionist eat her breakfast in full view of the customers waiting in line. Thought that was unprofessional. Could use an extra Service Advisor and someone to put in floor mats, tag keys and move cars which would free up Advisors to assist customers checking in. Service Advisors never smiled or even attempt to personalize my service experience. More
My sales experience with National Dodge was fanominal right up through the financing! However, my experience with service not bad but not quite so impressive. I've been in twice with the same problem con right up through the financing! However, my experience with service not bad but not quite so impressive. I've been in twice with the same problem concerning my passenger window. On both occassions I was told that it was fixed only to find out it had not been fixed. I also feel that pricing could be a bit more competetive. God Bless~~~Sherry McCoy More
