The dealership was able to accommodate for a same day service. Upon arrival my vehicle was immediately taken back for the routine maintenance. The check in process has been updated to allow for an emai service. Upon arrival my vehicle was immediately taken back for the routine maintenance. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! !! MY WIFE HAS TAKE HER CHALLENGER FOR A FILTER HOUSING REPLACEMENT NOV 7TH, 23... THEN TO HAVE A RADIATOR REPLACED JAN 31ST, 24. THIS HAS BEEN THE ON !! MY WIFE HAS TAKE HER CHALLENGER FOR A FILTER HOUSING REPLACEMENT NOV 7TH, 23... THEN TO HAVE A RADIATOR REPLACED JAN 31ST, 24. THIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY TWO REPLACEMENTS THAT WERE EVER DONE ON HER CAR AT THIS LOCATION, THEY HAVE DESTROYED THE UNDER CARRIAGE, CRACKED FACTORY SEALS, BROKEN HER UNDER GLOW LIGHTS, MISPLACED HER HOOD THAT IS NOW MISSING BOLTS AND GAPS BETWEEN FENDERS AND THE FRONT BUMPER. WHEN INSPECTING HER CAR AT PICK UP SHE WAS INFORMED BY DARELL THAT THE PASSENGER GLOW LIGHT "WASN'T WORKING", THE FOLLOWING DAY WHEN SHE SPOKE TO THE TECH HE THEN CHANGED HIS WORDS AND SAID, "I TOLD YOU IT WAS BROKEN" WHICH WAS A FLAT OUT LIE. THEY CLAIM IT WAS BROKEN WHEN IT ARRIVED AND I HAD SHOWN PROOF THAT THEY WERE INFACT WORKING PRIOR TO THE REPAIRS!!! NOW, LESS THAN 3 WEEKS SINCE SHE GOT HER CAR BACK THE ANTIFREEZE IS LEAKING ALL OVER THE MOTOR COVER!! THEY BROKE HER THERMOSTAT HOUSING, THAT SHE JUST REPLACED, BY STRIPPING THE SCREW THAT RELIEVES THE PRESSURE IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE RADIATOR, IT IS NOW CAUSING THE MASSIVE LEAK EVERYWHERE!! IT WAS OVER TIGHTENED AND CRACKED AND NOW COSTED ME AN ADDITIONAL $220 ON TOP OF THE $100 DEDUCTABLE THAT WAS PAID FOR ON THE FIRST REPLACEMENT!! NOW I HAVE TO TAKE IT IN TO HAVE THE OIL FILTER COOLER ASSEMBLY THAT THEY DAMAGED ANOTHER $925!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY OUTRAGOUS AT HOW NEGLECTFUL ON THIER PART!! NOT TO MENTION THE DISRESPECTFUL WAY THE TECH CARLOS HAD SPOKEN TO HER, PROVOKING AND TAUNTING HER TO CALL LOCAL PD AS WELL AS THREATENED TO HAVE BOTH HER CHALLENGER AND MY CHARGER "BLACK LISTED" FROM ANY SERIVCE OF ANY DODGE DEALERSHIP!! TIL THIS DAY THEY ARE DENYING ALL RESPONSIBLITY FOR THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED JUST TO TRY AND SAVE THIER BACKSIDES!!! THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BBB AND A FEW OTHER LOCATIONS!! THIS WILL NOT CONTINUE TO BE IGNORED!! WE REFUSE TO BE VICTIMIZED BY THIS DEALER AND ARE TAKING ANY AND ALL ACTION POSSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS, AND A LOT OF WRONGS ARE CORRECTED!!! I SEE THAT OVER THE YEARS WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF ISSUES!! WE WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET THIS JUSTIFIED. THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ALONE IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ANYONE SICK. THE GM OR RYAN NEVER CAME TO THE SHOP WHEN SHE WAS BEING PROVOKED AND THREATENED IN MY PRESENCE AND IN THE PRESENCE OF SERIVCE MANAGER DARELL G., TO CORRECT THE MATTER ON THE SPOT. WE ARE PREPARED TO TAKE THIS AS FAR AS IT HAS TO, INORDER TO MAKE SURE THIS MATTER IS TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND THEY ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIER EMPLOYEES WHO CLEARLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, WE VALUE THE TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT THAT WENT INTO OUR MODIFIED VEHICLES TO WATCH THEM BE DESTROYED LIKE THIS OVER MAINTENANCE ISSUES!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM TO WORK ON YOUR CAR, IT WILL COME OUT MORE DAMAGED THAN WHEN IT WENT IN!!! More
