Promised my husband a refund for money he paid to have a vehicle reserved. He waited 15 weeks for them to call him after they said it would only take 6-8 weeks, paid them $500 after they assured him he coul vehicle reserved. When vehicle arrived he was told he needed a cosigner, cosigner had great credit and was also denied. Husband was promised a refund for his $500 and still hasn't got one over a week later. Scam artists. Husband got a brand new vehicle from carvana without any issues at all. More

We bought a 2016 Buick enclave at the end of October. Within a week, the battery was dead and it had a stutter when you accelerated.
