We just purchased our 8th vehicle from Neil Huffman, and we won’t shop anywhere else! I’ve dealt with other dealerships in town, and Neil Huffman Subaru is a different kind of dealership. Purchasing an Ascent made easy Peggy and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Neil Huffman Dealerships. I was pretty sure that I wanted an Ascent as my next car. Friends in Seattle raved about theirs and a close friend in New Albany loves hers. We had a Subaru Tribeca for 10 years and I loved that car. I test drove an Ascent on August 1st and was in my own on August 7th. Deontae made the purchasing process easy. No pressure was applied. He was most helpful as I was thinking about whether this was the time to trade. Jay and Deontae helped with the details and we now have a new 2020 Outback. I do wish Subaru had relied on my input when implementing so many "improvements" in the Outback since 2013. Thanks to Alicia at Subaru headquarters for issuing me a coupon that helped me remedy one mistake Subaru has implemented. More

Best car buying experience EVER! I bought a Subaru Forester about a months ago from Neil Huffman Subaru, and Deontae Bailey was AMAZING! I am a senior citizen who has always bought n I bought a Subaru Forester about a months ago from Neil Huffman Subaru, and Deontae Bailey was AMAZING! I am a senior citizen who has always bought new cars and I was dreading the runaround you get at dealerships, but nothing like that happened. It was actually a pleasant experience, easily the best car buying experience I've ever had! Deontae was thorough but there was no game playing, I was at the dealership (including test driving my car) for about 2 hours - I've ALWAYS had to spend at least 4 hours previously with other dealerships. Deontae was friendly and professional and thorough - it was truly a pleasure buying a car from him. The first price he presented to me was fair and I took it. I would DEFINITELY recommend him for a great car buying experience - I chose him based on his outstanding reviews and they were absolutely right in their recommendations of him - not to mention he took the time to contact me early on in my car buying process which started about 6 months ago. Best Shopping Experience with an Automobile Dealer Ever! I don't know how to begin to describe my amazing purchase experience from Subaru dealer in Kentucky. I am a current owner of 2 Subaru vehicles in my I don't know how to begin to describe my amazing purchase experience from Subaru dealer in Kentucky. I am a current owner of 2 Subaru vehicles in my household, I own a 2016 and a 2018 model year cars. I have been dreaming and researching the since the information about the car dropped all over the internet since January of 2019. I contacted a dealer outside of Florida because the vehicle they had available had the options that I really wanted. I purchased a $66776 car completely over the phone, never stepped out of my house to do anything to complete the purchase and was done in a matter of couple of phone calls. Everyone at the dealership actually cared and wanted to help me to make the purchase the best and easiest experience, from the sales consultant to finance and to sales managers. I wish it was that easy to do everything today in our society because customer service is very important for Brand Loyalty.
