He also did not use any high pressure tactics and answered all of our many questions. The dealership allowed us to take the car home on a test drive to make sure it would fit into our garage. That was very important as a tight turning radius is required to get a car into our garage. We also received a good value on our trade in. Patrick, the sales manager was very courteous and helpful. We also like Nelson Mazda's service department as we had our old Mazda serviced on a regular basis. More
