I went here four an oil change. It was free with a healthcare discount. In these stressful times, it made me feel very appreciated. Trustworthy and easy experience. I always leave Nelson Mazda feeling great. I never feel like I am being over-sold. Even though my warranty expired I still go back to this dealership I always leave Nelson Mazda feeling great. I never feel like I am being over-sold. This was the best online and in-person car buying experience I have ever encountered. First, their website is transparent. Price listed is the price paid. No hidden fees. Other sites did not disclose up to $2K in additional/required fees. Not Nelson Mazda! Their pricing is very competitive and complete. Jordan Smucker was an excellent salesperson to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Went above and beyond to answer questions and was very thorough during delivery process. We really appreciated working with him! Andrew in F&I was excellent as well. Took care to explain the agreements and paperwork. Made sure all questions were answered.
