I had driven a Mazda 6 in another city, and I was hooked on the ride and safety features. Nicole and Tanner tag teamed with me, and it was Nicole who sealed the deal. She was helpful , but not pushy, and went beyond the call of duty to help me get my car. Great customer service I enjoyed my experience at Nelson Mazda. Everyone I worked with was great! However, a panel was supposed to be repaired before I purchased the vehicle I enjoyed my experience at Nelson Mazda. Everyone I worked with was great! However, a panel was supposed to be repaired before I purchased the vehicle. As soon as I reached the interstate, the panel popped off again. I live about 45 minutes away, so unfortunately had to return to have the part replaced. I did make an appointment for this, but when I arrived I learned they did not yet have the part. I should have been informed of this before coming all the way back. So I just had to make another appointment to come back and get it repaired. Still not repaired, and have been inconvenienced multiple times now. However, I do love the car and I did have a good experience with everyone I worked with. I wish I could have been compensated for my time/inconvenience in some kind of way. More
