Excellent Service- First Appointment This was our first appointment for our new Mazda CX 5. Plus, we needed a software update due to a recall notice. Absolute worst experience DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Had spoken with salesman Levi yesterday about vehicle. Made an appt for test drive at 1 pm today (I am 70 miles away from dealershi DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Had spoken with salesman Levi yesterday about vehicle. Made an appt for test drive at 1 pm today (I am 70 miles away from dealership). Told him I was serious buyer & would put down a deposit if needed to hold but was told that wasn’t necessary. He made contact with me at 10 am saying he was holding the keys for me & would see me at 1 pm. AS I AM DRIVING THERE TODAY at 1215 when I’m about 20 mins away I receive a TEXT saying “A customer came in and is buying it. Sucks. Wanted to let you know. How far have you made it?” I replied about 2/3 way, 20 mins out. I got the reply “Argh”. Ridiculously UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was literally on my way, had scheduled a test drive so it would be available, & offered to place a hold deposit. I left today to make the drive after confirming availability & that keys were held & I was on my way & they still sold it right from under me!! I would never do business with them if they offered me the car for $5. Spend your money elsewhere because they apparently don’t honor their word so god only knows what kind of cars they would sell you if they can’t honor something so simple... *Just FYI for the dealership (not that they care).. I drive a 2018 Dodge Charger 392 Scat Pack which I bought brand new, my husband has a 2016 Camaro which has less than 20k miles, & my 16 year old son has a Mercedes coupe hardtop convertible. Was coming to buy the Land Rover to add to our collection as our “family car”. So when I said I was a serious buyer, I meant that.. not that any of that matters. I could have had no car & should have been treated better. A great dealership would have made every accommodation possible but most importantly follow through on their word to provide great customer service. More
A very good experience I just want to say that I had a very positive experience at Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs and the personnel there including the management team and esp I just want to say that I had a very positive experience at Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs and the personnel there including the management team and especially agent, Andrew Marasco. Rather than pressure me into a sale simply to move inventory, Andrew took the time to listen to what I wanted and then proceeded to get as close as he could to what I wanted. While he showed other options, there was never any pressure to do anything that I didn't want to do. As simple as that. Angie also took the time to introduce herself to let me know she was willing to help in anyway she could. Andrew then proceeded to get me the package that was right for me. Even after the sale was done, I was impressed by Andrew's desire to help with whatever questions or concerns I had after the fact. A follow-up phone call from supervisor Angie helped reinforce the fact that this dealership means what they say about great customer service! I highly recommend this dealership. More

They gave us a fair price on our trade and I didn’t have to argue with anyone about anything! This is a great place to do business with. I also want to mention the service department. We had our previous CX5 serviced there and the whole process is fantastic. They actually send a text with a video from the tech working on your car to assure you they are doing the work. I used to wonder how do you know if the work they claim they are doing is actually getting done. This is absolutely the best service system I have ever seen! More
