Worked primarily with Levi Pervin and Andrew Marasco (and others throughout the process) to find a 2016 CX9 with mileage under 36000 that was a CPO. They communicated frequently about the search and honed in on what i did and not not value in a used vehicle. Both gentlemen never tried to sell me on anything i didn't want and made the process easy and efficient. Ill be working with Nelson as long as I keep driving Mazdas. More

Fantastic service by Devin and the Nelson Mazda team! I called in to ask a question about my warranty. The team who would normally have fielded my question was busy but someone from the sales team took it I called in to ask a question about my warranty. The team who would normally have fielded my question was busy but someone from the sales team took it upon themselves to find the answers for me. Then they connected me to the service department to answer some technical questions I had... I happened to speak to Devin who was the most helpful. I walked him through a diagnosis I’d gotten from another shop in town and he asked if I’d come by and let him look at it because he didn’t think that solution sounded right. I did so and he ended up finding the problem and taking care of it at no charge. I was in and out in 90 minutes. I enjoyed the video explanation as well. First time I’ve ever left a car shop paying nothing and not upsold! I will be back. More
