The Perfect Experience I was in desperate need of a new vehicle but was hesitant to make such a large purchase. I previously was in an 06 Mazda 3 and LOVED it but after year I was in desperate need of a new vehicle but was hesitant to make such a large purchase. I previously was in an 06 Mazda 3 and LOVED it but after years of wear it was time for an upgrade. I must have been to Mazda 3 different times before we pulled the trigger on our now 18 CX5 and never once felt like I was being pressured into making a decision any of the times I went. This last visit was amazing. We walked in not expecting to leave with a new car but after working with Dave, we couldn't NOT leave with my dream car. He was funny, knowledgeable and very patient. If not for him and the team there I'm not sure I would have upgraded. Every employee we encountere from start to finish made it feel like we were with friends instead of at a dealership.
