I texted the Salesman who encouraged me to reach out to him for any help I may need, and I asked about the floor mat. I have to say they went OVER AND ABOVE to make sure I was taken care of. They ended up sending me a complete set of brand new floor mats straight to my home! I am one happy customer :) More

First of all, the sales associate who helped me purchase my vehicle was beyond friendly and I really appreciated his up-front approach and no gimmicks sales approach. I felt as though VJ helped me make the best decision for ME, not just for the dealership or his sales #s. I was torn between a mid range luxury SUV and the Mazda CX-5, which I ended up purchasing, but after driving the car and learning about the EXTENSIVE safety features (which I would have had to shell out an additional $4k for at the other dealer), I knew the Mazda was the obvious choice. After having lost my previous car under pretty stressful circumstances, I was very hesitant and full of anxiety about buying a new car and especially finding a car I loved that fit my budget and my want for tons of extras/options. Fortunately, I left the Volvo, Acura and BWM dealers behind and chose to test drive the Mazda because “heck,why not?”....and I think it’s pretty safe to say I am very happy and excited about my decision. 10/10 would reccomend. More

Jon was the salesman that walked us through the whole process and I have nothing but good words to say. He was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to persuade me one way or the other. Great buying experience I had been wanting to test drive a new Mazda CX-5 for a while, and it didn’t disappoint. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get into a test drive right away. The dealership has a great test drive route that takes you through winding country roads as well as city streets and interstate. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the details of the vehicle and was very helpful but not pushy. I didn’t buy the vehicle that day and felt no pressure to do so. I was able to text and email Jonathan with many other questions during the next few days until I decided to return to the dealership to make my final decision. They had several vehicles in stock to choose from and I was able to test drive another car just to compare. The buying process was very easy and I believe they give buyers a fair price with no surprises. I would recommend Nelson Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! More
